Our guest service colleagues are always in high demand. These four positions are always open, and we are always recruiting people with the desire to serve.

Banquet/Restaurant Wait Staff and Buffet Servers – Hosting events from wedding receptions, holiday gatherings, corporate events and family parties (not to mention our restaurant) requires a tremendous number of servers. If you like to make people happy, there’s no way better than to serve them delicious food. Servers are always encouraged to apply. We have both part-time and full-time positions available.

Dishwashers – One of the unsung heroes of our team! Our dishwasher colleagues hold the important responsibility of providing clean and sparkling dishware for the restaurant and all of the Stroudsmoor weddings and events throughout the year.

Housekeeping/Custodial – Our beautiful country suites are one of the reasons why we are the top choice for destination weddings in the region. Maintaining all the comforts of home is the responsibility of our extraordinary housekeeping staff. If you prefer to be of service behind the scenes, this is a great opportunity for dedicated and energetic people.

Facility and Grounds Maintenance – Are you good with your hands? We can put them to good use. Our facilities and grounds crews make sure our facility is always in top working order, and our resort looks as good on the outside as it does on the inside.
