SCI – The Restaurant at Stroudsmoor Country Inn – supports our local farmers.  Produce used in our recipes are from local growers on a seasonal basis. Hormone-free, grass-fed and organic products are featured in many of our recipes. 

Besides our menu there is always room for special requests concerning food allergies, special orders and dishes that will surprise you.  Just call our Restaurant Concierge at 570-421-6431, Ext. 406 in advance and arrangements will be made to accommodate your dietary restriction or preference.
