Stroudsmoor Ceremony Site Fees include the assistance of an Event Planner to organize and orchestrate the ceremony, to arrange for all rental equipment, to oversee the rehearsal and assist during the ceremony. This fee also adds an additional hour to the length of your event. It includes the preparation of the site, an indoor alternative in case of inclement weather, guest seating, altar accoutrements, and the use of a bridal lounge for thirty minutes of pre-ceremony primping and Champagne sipping prior to the ceremony.
Suggestions and arrangements can be made for Priest, Minister, Rabbi or Justice of the Peace. A variety of musicians including pianist, harpist , piper, violinist and guitarist are available through Stroudsmoor. Officiant and musicians require additional fees based on services selected.
Prices quoted do not include tax, gratuity or rental equipment (i.e. tenting, amplification systems or floral decoration).
Each of the Stroudsmoor facilities has its own ceremony site as listed above. In some instances, arrangements can be made to hold the ceremony in one facility while the reception is hosted in another. Substantial additional fees will apply to events requiring multiple facilities.
